  My elderly mother called in an order for a pizza by accident, she uses the white pages still and meant to call a different location. My mother lives 30 minutes away from North Judson. She immediately called this place back and apologized, explained her mistake, and canceled the order. Shortly after the order was canceled someone called her back trying to guilt trip her into paying for the canceled pizza by saying a server will have to pay for it otherwise.
  
  That's a ridiculous policy, an awful way to treat your employees, and terrible customer service.
